A room where people actually feel the difference by session three
- Small groups with a maximum of eight participants, so the instructor can see and correct every person in the room.
- Remote access from anywhere in Australia — same structured sequence, same live facilitation, no recording substitutes.
- Sessions follow a fixed progression over eight weeks, not a rotating class calendar that repeats without direction.

How this started and where it sits now
Optionpulsefield grew out of a frustration with drop-in yoga classes where nobody remembered your name by week four. The original idea was simple: keep the group small enough that the instructor can actually watch what each person does with their spine.
The format moved online in stages, not all at once. Each shift was tested with a cohort first, then kept only if participants said the live feedback felt comparable to being in the room. The group dynamic turned out to travel better than expected.
Today the service runs across all Australian states and territories. Participants join from Darwin, Hobart, regional Queensland — places where access to a specialist hatha instructor used to mean a long drive or a compromise.
The eight-week programme structure means everyone in a cohort is working through the same material at the same time. That shared reference point changes how people support each other between sessions.
Instructors at Optionpulsefield hold qualifications in hatha yoga facilitation and complete an internal onboarding that covers group dynamics specific to remote delivery. The distinction matters — teaching one person and managing eight people through a shared sequence are genuinely different skills.
