— Participant interaction and experience exchange within group formats
— Access to session materials and supporting resources
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
— You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent
— You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
— You are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws
— All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration

— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
— Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Platform without prior written consent
— Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
— Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content or services without our explicit written permission
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video recordings, session materials, and software, is the property of Optionpulsefield or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial participation in our services. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

If you submit, post, or share any content through the Platform (including comments, questions, or materials within group sessions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the right to grant this licence.
7. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Participation in yoga and physical wellness activities carries inherent risks. By using the Platform and participating in sessions, you acknowledge and accept that:
— You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and health condition prior to participation
— You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any physical activity programme, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions
— Optionpulsefield and its instructors are not medical professionals and nothing provided on the Platform constitutes medical advice
— You participate in all sessions at your own risk
We strongly encourage all participants to inform their instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before each session.
8. Payments and Refunds
8.1 Fees
Certain services on the Platform are offered on a paid basis. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of transaction.
8.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our current refund policy, which is made available separately. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where services have already been delivered or where misuse of the Platform has occurred.
8.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
