Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through Optionpulsefield services available at optionpulsefield.space. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any programme, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Payment Terms
By accessing or using any paid service offered by Optionpulsefield, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Payment Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with any purchase.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Optionpulsefield reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
2.1 Price Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate and current. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your payment and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
2.2 Promotional Pricing
Promotional or discounted prices are valid only for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promotional offer may be applied per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Optionpulsefield accepts payments via the following methods:

We do not accept cash payments. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Optionpulsefield does not store full card details on its servers.
4. Billing and Invoicing
4.1 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation to the address registered with your account. This confirmation serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. Please retain it for your records.
4.2 Invoice Requests
If you require a formal invoice for accounting or tax purposes, you may request one by contacting us at contact@optionpulsefield.space. Invoices will be issued within five business days of the request.
4.3 Recurring Payments
Where a service involves a subscription or recurring billing cycle, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You will be notified in advance of any changes to the recurring amount. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current and valid.
5. Failed and Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails to process, access to the relevant service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. You will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to update your payment information. Optionpulsefield is not liable for any loss of access resulting from a failed payment.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be granted if a request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date and the service or session has not yet commenced or been accessed. No refunds will be issued for partially completed programmes or sessions already attended.
6.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
a) Sessions or classes that have already taken place.
b) Digital materials or downloadable content that has been accessed.
c) Promotional or discounted purchases where the offer terms explicitly state non-refundable.
d) Subscription fees for periods already billed and in progress.
6.3 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact us at contact@optionpulsefield.space with your order confirmation number, the reason for the request, and any supporting information. We will respond within 5 business days.
6.4 Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Optionpulsefield may result in suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute.
8. Taxes and Duties
Prices may be subject to goods and services tax (GST) or equivalent indirect taxes depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be clearly indicated at checkout before you confirm your purchase. You are responsible for any additional duties, levies, or taxes imposed by your local jurisdiction beyond what is collected at point of sale.
9. Security of Payments
All payment transactions are processed over encrypted connections using industry-standard security protocols. Optionpulsefield complies with applicable data security standards for payment processing.
